    CESSATION OF DEEMED INTEREST

    The Company has on 23 April 2007, received a notification of cessation of deemed interest from Ms Ng Siew Hong ("Ms Ng").

    Ms Ng had ceased to exercise any right of control over the shares held by her silbings, Mr Ng Khoon Seng, Mr Ng Koon Chuan Francis and Ms Ng Lian Hong and according to her notification, she had ceased to have any deemed interest in her sibling's shareholding with effect from 23 April 2007.
