CESSATION OF DEEMED INTEREST
The Company has on 23 April 2007, received a notification of cessation of deemed interest from Mr Ng Khoon Seng ("Mr Ng").
Mr Ng had ceased to exercise any right of control over the shares held by his sister, Ms Ng Siew Hong ("Ms Ng") and according to his notification, he had ceased to have any deemed interest in Ms Ng's shareholding with effect from 23 April 2007.
