    CESSATION OF DEEMED INTEREST

    The Company has on 1 June 2007, received notification of cessation of deemed interest from Mr Wa Swee Bee ("Mr Wa").

    Mr Wa had ceased to exercise any right of control over the shares held by his son, Mr Wa Kok Liang ("Mr Leslie Wa") and according to his notification, he had ceased to have any deemed interest in Mr Leslie Wa's shareholding with effect from 1 June 2007.
